He explains, “We have 60% business clients who stay 2-3 nights on average, and 20-25% leisure clients, and we have many visitors that stay at our hotel when they are passing through Sofia”. With an annual occupancy rate of 75%, the hotel is a top choice among international travellers, most of them coming from Western Europe. “Most of our clients are from Germany, Italy, and the UK, and we also have a growing number of guests from Austria”, the General Manager says, pointing out that the hotel aims to attract more international clients from many different countries. “We aim to meet every guest’s demands, which is why we are cooperating and partnering with various tour agencies and tour operators for organizing excursions and short trips for our clients”, he adds.
